customer service. Please feel free to contact us regarding
any question you may have about our website or any issue
connected with chronic pain or its treatment. Our support
staff is available to assist you with insurance and other
questions and our clinical staff is available to discuss
your pain syndrome and our approach to its treatment.
You simply have to call us by telephone or e-mail us.
If you fax your evaluation to us we will contact you
for discussion within 24 hours during any working day
(Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm pacific standard
time).
Note: We do not accept
MediCal or MediCare
for non-hospital portions of treatment
at this time.
